Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped or has been picked up.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, handled, temperature-sensitive, or research-use products. This policy helps maintain product integrity, safety, and quality control.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review issues such as:

• Incorrect item received
• Missing item
• Damaged item upon arrival
• Order fulfillment error

Photos may be required for damaged items, packaging issues, or incorrect products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and carrier delays are outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with the carrier and your delivery location first.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment if they have not yet been processed, shipped, or prepared for pickup. Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or staged for pickup, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Discount Code & Order Adjustment Policy

Discount codes cannot be combined. Codes marked for local pickup, specific customers, or limited promotions are only valid for eligible orders. Local pickup codes are valid for Lake Charles local pickup orders only and are not valid for shipped orders. Orders using an ineligible discount code may require adjustment or cancellation before fulfillment.
