Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not shipped, prepared for pickup, or fulfilled until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Timeline

Monday–Friday
Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same day. Orders placed or paid after 1:00 PM CST typically ship the next business day.

Saturday & Sunday
Orders placed and paid before 11:00 AM CST may ship the same day when carrier drop-off is available. Orders placed or paid after 11:00 AM CST typically ship the next business day.

Holidays
No orders ship on federal holidays.

Tracking information is emailed once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground is available for $5.00.

UPS 2nd Day is available for $10.00.

Free UPS 2nd Day shipping is available on orders of $200 or more.

USPS Ground Advantage is available for PO boxes or customers who specifically need postal delivery. USPS delivery times may vary and may be slower than UPS.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area.

Local Daytime Pickup — Nelson Road Area
Orders for this pickup option are typically dropped off around 12:00 PM daily after payment has been received and confirmed.

Local Flexible Locker Pickup — Evening Drop-Off
Orders for this pickup option are typically dropped off around 6:00 PM daily after payment has been received and confirmed. Once pickup details are sent, you may pick up your order at your convenience.

Exact pickup location, locker details, and access instructions will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not go to the pickup location until you have received your ready-for-pickup confirmation and instructions.

Discount Code Policy

Discount codes cannot be combined. Codes marked for local pickup, specific customers, or limited promotions are only valid for eligible orders.

LOCAL15 and other local pickup codes are valid for eligible Lake Charles local pickup orders only and are not valid for shipped orders. Shipped orders using a local pickup code or any other ineligible discount code may require adjustment or cancellation before fulfillment.
