Codes designated for local pickup, specific customers, referrals, or limited promotions are valid only for qualifying orders.
The LOCAL15 code is valid only for Lake Charles local-pickup orders and is not valid for shipped orders.
Orders using an ineligible discount code may be adjusted, placed on hold, or canceled before fulfillment. Any remaining balance must be paid before the order is processed.
Peptide Haus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount or promotional code at any time.

If an ordered product, quantity, style, or color becomes unavailable, Peptide Haus may contact the customer to offer:
No substitution will be made without customer approval unless the substitution is materially identical and permitted by the order terms.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders submitted after posted cutoff times, on holidays, or when carrier drop-off is unavailable will be processed on the next available business day.

Local pickup is available only after payment has been received and the customer has received confirmation that the order is ready.

Pickup availability, drop-off times, access procedures, and business hours vary by location. Exact instructions will be provided after fulfillment.
Customers must not go to a pickup location before receiving a ready-for-pickup confirmation and any required access details.
For locker pickup, customers are responsible for keeping gate codes, locker numbers, and access information private.
An order may be considered delivered once it has been placed at the selected pickup location and the pickup instructions have been sent to the email address used at checkout.

Due to the nature of the products, sales are generally final after fulfillment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
Peptide Haus disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.
